Return Policies

 

Our hope is that you are satisfied with every purchase from My Puppy’s Secret but we understand not every dog is just going to love our recipes.  We offer a prorated return policy on both our fresh, baked to order dog treats (14 days from purchase) and our packaged treats (30 days) from our partner vendors but are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Please call 414-255-0893 or email us at sales@mypuppyssecret.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with further instructions on how to get the undesired product back to us.  Please have your receipt or invoice and tracking number(s) available when calling.

You will receive your refund in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. 

Despite our efforts to package our dog treats carefully in hopes you receive them in excellent condition, there may be a small amount of breakage during shipping.  The shipper is usually not liable for a small amount of breakage during shipping.  In the event of damaged or defective products we will insist a freight claim be filed as each shipment is insured.  We will typically replace the product in most circumstances but also may opt to offer a refund.
